"A Pain in the Neck": Cervicogenic headache is any headache which is caused by the neck. The exact cause of this type of headache is still not clear and ct and MRI are normal in most cases. The diagnosis of this condition is challenging and confirmed through diagnostic anesthetic blockade. Pain usually resolved after treatment of the disorder causing the headache.
