Two problems: 1. Constipation, see your pcp, with the proper diet and otc medicine problem will be solved. 2. Cervical spine inflammatory pain syndrome, caused by: muscle, ligament, joint, nerve. Rec.: see interventional pain management specialist for a differential diagnosis and treatment.
