No: Pregnancy occurs around the time of ovulation which "usually" occurs ~14 days prior to the onset of one's period. If your normal cycle was 30 days, ovulation occurs ~16 days after the first day of your last period and 14 days before the first day of the next period. Your "fertile window" during which you are most likely to conceive are the 3-5 days before you ovulate and 1-2 days after.
