There are some norm-: Al dimples around the shoulder. Get yourself seen, if there are associated symptoms like pain, swelling, loss of some motion (compare to the opposite side), etc.. Generally there are dimples where the deep fascia, under the skin, attaches to the underlying bone. So its probably normal, if no associated symptoms are present.
