See answer: Many obese men feel their penis is too short but most often perception and not reality: related to accumulation of fat in the area just above base of penis which drapes over it making penis seem buried or short. Actual length (measured from tip to pubic bone with penis on stretch) is normal. Treatment is weight loss (not pills or special exercises or devices) and sexual activity: use it or lose it.
