See answer: Not sure whether your question means to say "pulse" or "pus" from your penis. Regardless, pain in the penis with erection generally related to either 1) peyronie's disease which often accompanied by curvature of the erection and/or a palpable "lump" within the shaft; or 2) inflammation of the prostate (prostatitis): non-bacterial being most common type. If "pus" from the penis, implies infection.
