Examination bt yr MD: Shoulder/neck pain is unlikely related to your breast unless there is any mass in it. Have your doctor examine your breast. If there is any mass/growth felt there, you may need a biopsy done. Also your breast calcifications concern me....That is usually an indication for a biopsy. If the breasts are dense, a MRI of breast is more valuable than a mammogram to check for a small breast cancer
