Yes: You could be very early, the urine dilute, or sometimes a very slow rise in the hormone levels can ba a sign the pregnancy isn't thriving. You might want to go tothe doctor and get a hormone level, it soul double every 3 days. Or, be patient and use you most concentrated morning urine. Good luck!
