Get examined: There a a number of medical conditions and medications that can cause a constant dry mouth. It can be related to hyperventilation due to anxiety , sicca syndrome or some other autoimmune condition, or over the counter antihistamines . A good medical history, examination, and targeted blood tests would help make the diagnosis and thus lead to a recommendation on how to treat.
