Not enough info: A fetal ultrasound showing the abdominal circumference is smaller than expected is one way to diagnose iugr. How worried to be depends on other factors. Your doctor will be watching the fluid around the baby, non stress tests, baby's growth over time, blood flow in baby's blood vessels to know how your baby is doing. Speak with your doc and do the testing. Good luck! most babies do fine.

Hard to say: It's hard to say. Your doctor will need to monitor you and your baby to see if the baby's growth changes - depending on how far along you are. Keep talking with your doctor and follow her recommendations to stay healthy during your pregnancy.
