Ganglion cyst: Probably a benign ganglion cyst, common with repetitive work. Essentially a collection of leaked joint fluid in a thin but tough capsule outside the wrist joint. Sometimes may go away without treatment, but sometimes needs to be removed surgically if symptoms are interfering with normal activities.

Suspect: Tendonitis or possibly a ganglion cyst. Ultrasound is a great tool for further evaluation when done by someone competent in this modality. Might be useful to consider this if conservative treatment fails.
