WALKING: Usually infant start walking at 1 yr though there is variation. Some even start at about 9 -10 months. The other way is also normal, means delay in walking ; other motor skills. As long as she doesn't have neurological/metabolic/developmental or other issue, not to worry. If she practices to stand holding something, it is ok, she will learn. If other issue, talk to her pediatrician and find out.
