Yes, as long: As you do not have any contraindications to use of tylenol, (acetaminophen) such as liver problems. Only take the recommended amount. However, tendonitis is a type of inflammation and many people have better results with nsaid's like Ibuprofen or meloxicam, again, though, it depends if you personally can tolerate this medications. Nsaids also will help more with disc disease pain. Hope that helps!
