DOMS: Delayed onset muscle soreness (doms) is a muscle pain that result from muscle overuse (clenching your teeth during the day or bruxing during the night). Presenting symptoms include muscle stiffness, palpable tenderness, and pain with active muscle contractions. Symptoms usually subside within a short period of time without any residual effects. Rec.: moist heat, relaxation and NSAID otc as needed.
