Peyronie's acquired: Peyronie's disease develops as an adult most likely from penile trauma. As a result of minor fractures of the corpora cavernosum (penile rods) usually from sex with female partner on top, or possibly with over-aggressive masturbation. Penis is always curved upwards with a hard plaque under the skin. Not to be confused with congenital upward or downward curvature or chordee.
