If you are 16 years: Old i would encourage you to sit down with your parents and explain what your concerns are. Medical evaluations to include psychological testing can be very expensive. Medications if indicated can also be costly. Many people cover these costs (or part of them with insurance). Family involvement is usually part of the treatment plan.
