albumin is at 5.3 g/dl and biliribuin at 2.8 mg/dl. 39 year old male/1. overall, feeling ok. should i be concerned about gall bladder or liver issues?

See your doctor: Who ordered the tests for clarification. Yes, you may need further liver or gallbladder evaluation. Causes of elevated liver blood test can be lab error, medications, virus, fatty liver, alcohol, excess tylenol, (acetaminophen) etc.
