See answer: Allergic or sensitization reactions to various chemicals (soaps, fragrances, lubricants, condoms, spermicidals, preservatives, fragrances, etc) on genital region not uncommon. May present as rash, reddened area, itchy, weeping, etc. Treatment: eliminate use of irritant, keep clean with mild soap and water, avoid antibiotic ointments, and apply otc 1-2% Hydrocortisone cream twice a day.
