A member asked:

Protected sex. no ejaculation inside. chances of pregnancy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very unlikely: Appropriate "protected" or "safe" sex (usually via condoms and/or spermicidals) by itself usually provides adequate protection against pregnancy though not 100%. If accompanied with no ejaculation within the vaginal, chance of pregnancy almost 0%.
