For 4 years i've vomited once every 1-3months. i get chills, &nightmares& i feel sick in the dream until i wake up. it takes 4 hrs to finally vomit.

WHAT'S GOING ON?: It sounds like something brought on these syptoms. I think a psychiatric evaluation may be helpful in locating the cause. If that doesn't work out, a neurologist might pick up a lead.
