History: Cysts on ovaries can be related to infertility, but not necessarily so. Have you seen a doctor regarding your desire for pregnancy? Cramps with no periods can be a premenstrual type syndrome. Headaches are bothersome, have you considered making sure you're fully hydrated and taking some Aspirin or ibuprofen?
