Can you explain?: "zits" in the kidney? You won't get acne in your kidneys, but pustules can form in acute pyelonephritis, a medical emergency. In some cases, the kidneys actually do look like they have developed acne. Dr. Fowler reminds me you may mean "cysts" -- if there are only a few, they are almost always harmless.
