Listen to your body: It is safest if you soak and rinse 1-2 t a day and then add to food. It is high in fiber and omega 3 fatty acids which are generally healthy for persons with pre-diabetes. Eating 6 equal meals and getting 60 minutes a day of movement spread out through the day like pretend jump roping would also help pre-diabetes.
