Meds and evaluation: Stool softeners and/or miralax, (polyethylene glycol) but evaluation is important to rule out metabolic issues, pelvic floor problems, adult hirschprung's disease, inflammation, GI stenosis, etc. Particularly if constipation persists. What evaluation have you undergone thus far?.
