Vitamins: High dose antioxidants such as vit c, vit b complex, folic acid, co q 10 are helpful. Fresh fruits such as blueberries and vegetables are very helpful! reduce your alcohol and stop smoking. No jacuzzis, hot tubs, or saunas should be taken.

Only one thing: Avoid exposure to smoking, very hot water bathes, radiation....Apart from that there is no pill you can take that is proven to improve you sperm quality and get your partner pregnant (that is the aim right?) at a higher rate.
