Not unusual: It is not the most common type of glaucoma, and is probably under diagnosed.

It is not rare: Pigmentary glaucoma is not a rare secondary open angle glaucoma. The onset is most often seen in people in their 30s and 40s. It is more commonly found in males and in people who are nearsighted. Hope this helps!
