Is it true that brain cancer is usually fatal?

It depends: No cancer is 100% fatal. Brain tumors/cancer comes in many grades and has a dozen odd sub types. Some have high fatality rates others not so bad such than patients can live for 5, 10 and over 20 years. So you need to know what type of brain cancer are you dealing with?
