Male/female vs isol8: If the is in a male it should be immediately evaluated. In a female it determines timing and onset. For example following pregnancy this is not unusual and binding of the breasts may help to decrease drainage. This also normally occurs on occasion following breast implantation. However, if this is a new onset condition, hormonal evaluation and possible imaging for pituitary adenoids are included.
