Tired/dry: Prolonged visual activities often lead to fatigue, dryness, and blurry vision. Sometimes eye strain results in headaches. Give yourself a break and look away from the monitor, use some artificial tear drops for eye irritation. Better yet, limit the amount of TV viewing you do.
