Please help! what is the difference between a mrsa carrier and full blown mrsa?

A carrier : Doesn't have to have an infection but the bacteria could be colonized on them. So, it could be in their nose lets say but they don't have any infection, the bacteria is just living there vs. Someone who has an active infection.
