Reflux nephropathy: yes, as long as kidney impairment is not advanced. Infection may be a complication and this requires surveillance

Yes: Patients with reflux nephropathy can have babies. Most common complication of pregnancy--- 1). Preterm labor triggered by UTI 2). Pregnancy induced hypertension. Both these can be well taken care of and it could be successful pregnancy
