Not wrong with you,: But still concerning. There is a congenital disease that causes one to not have appropriate nociception, or pain sensation. This can be dangerous as pain is a warning sign of tissue damage. There are also a number of psychological issues that can desensitize people to pain sensations. If it was congenital, you should have known by now. If it just started, consult a physician for full workup.
