Twitching: Twitching is a neuromuscular problem. Muscles and nerves work using ions (such as ca+/na+/k+). Try eating bananas and foods rich in calcium. If it persists, you may need to see a neurologist for emg/ncv studies to make sure you don't have something else going on, such as a nerve impingement in your spine or some type of neuropathy (where the nerves change the way they conduct their signals).
