A member asked:

What are tarlov cysts and what to do for them?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tarlov cysts: Tarlov cysts occur around the nerve roots that exit from your lower spine in the lumbar and sacral region. The cyst is a dilation of the membrane that surrounds the nerve. Most are small and symptomatic while the larger ones can sometimes cause pain, rarely leg weakness.
