Please help! what is the difference between copd & congestive?

Difference..,,: Do you mean the difference between COPD and congestive heart failure? Copd, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis which are lung diseases. Congestive heart failure occurs when the heart is unable to effectively pump blood and it can result in excess fluid in the lungs.
