Genetic changes: Our normal cells replicate themselves over and over again. As we age or are exposed to certain toxins there can be "misprints" or genetic mistakes in the replicatin process. When this occurs, usually our bodies detect this and destroy these cells, however, if that doesn't happen and these cells keep reproducing in a faulty manner then tumors form.
