Yes, hyphema.: Hyphema results when there is bleeding in the anterior chamber of the eye, in front of the iris, in the aqueous humor. It is usually caused by blunt trauma to the eye. The condition may resolve spontaneously or may require treatment, even surgery, and should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist.

Sometimes: The aqueous humor is normally a clear fluid. If vessels inside the eye are disturbed and leak, usually from trauma or vascular problems like diabetes, then blood can seep into the inside of the eye admixing with the aqueous humor and usually disturbing the vision until it is cleared.
