More information: Can you please give more information? Abnormal curvature of the fingers can occur during diseases such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, where there is swan necking but there can be several problems that can make the fingers seem curved such as mallet finger, spasticity, nerve palsy. You should go get evaluated by rheumatologist in clinic to get a physical exam, diagnosis & possible hand surgery referral.
