Many forms: Rhinitis means inflammation of the nose. This inflammation can be from allergies, infections (viral or bacterial), irritant (smoke, perfumes), food (gustatory), rarely spinal fluid leak, nares -non-allergic rhinitis with eosinophilia; associated with pregnancy or even certain medications. An allergist or ENT can assist in determining the cause of rhinitis and the best treatment.
