Tendon issue!: Flexor tendon inflammation can cause "trigger finger, " or one that locks and need be pulled loose. Most of my patients respond to a simple cortisone injection. See someone in rheumatology. Surgery is by far the last resort! your arthritis may need systemic anti-inflammatory drugs!
