PD or No PD: Secondary Parkinson Disease (no/minimal response to Levodopa) can look very much like Idiopathic Parkinson Disease. You should see a Movement Disorder Specialist (Neurologist with a Fellowship in Movement Disorders). Slowness of Movement with tremor or rigidity, decreased smell, constipation, acting out dreams (REM Sleep Behaviour Disorder) increase the probability of Parkinson Disease.
