Treatment needs dx: Your swollen glands need to be diagnosed first before you get rid of them. if simple infections in the adjoining body parts caused these, they would regress after infection clears but if chronic inflammation of skin is the culprit, you can except these to persist every now and them due to the original condition. First try OTC anti inflammatory meds like Ibuprofen for a week or so.
