Can anyone tell me is wearing glasses a bit stronger bad for you?

Myopes always want : More negative added to their prescriptions. It doesn't mean they're going to see any better. So it may not be that advantageous having stronger glasses, especially if it may cause you to have a headache, or eye spasm. Stick with what you have to now, and if you see 20/20, that is perfect vision!
