Can you give me suggestion: swallowed small magnetic ball?

Xray: Need an xray to localize. A single one may pass if small enough but if more than one is swallowed, they may cause complications if they contact each other through tissues. So go to ER.

If you are: not having any symptoms, there is not going to be any emergent intervention to remove it. The management will be to wait and see if it is eliminated in the stool. Call your doctor, you might need an X-ray to document where it is.
