Many possibilities: You could have a resistant bacteria, smoking or second hand smoke, ge reflux, allergies, sinus infection, pressure changes (for instance frequent flying). These are just some of the more common causes, but the list is even longer of more unusual causes. If this is an ongoing problem, it's time to see and ENT doctor to sort out whats up.
