As a mouthpiece only: If you need a mouthguard for sports, etc., a bleaching tray is absolutely a no no. A grinding/ clenching mouthpiece that is a bit thicker and softer than a bleaching tray would be recommended. Also, if you have tmj/tmd, do not wear both upper and lower mouthpieces at same time- too thick as one unit.
