Radical orchiectomy: Tumors of epididymis are very rare. Need 2B under a urologic oncologist. Many epididymal tumors are benign adenomatoid tumors ; testicle can be spared. Tus surgical approach is through the groin, apply touriquet to spermatic cord ; deliver testis ; epididymis out thru incision. Just resect tumor ; send for pathology frozen section spare testis if benign. May require node dissection if malignant.
