Possibly: Pregnancy tests may not be accurate until you have actually missed your period. Some women do have symptoms of pregnancy before they miss their period. These symptoms may alternatively be related to illness or other problems.

Unlikely, but yes: A negative home urine pregnancy test is usually reliable, but as of today, april 4th, you may not even have missed your period. Most tests can now detect pregnancy before missing a period, so with 3 negative tests you are probably not pregnant. You can have your doctor order a blood test for pregnancy to be sure. If negative, you are not pregnant and your symptoms are from another cause.
