Unlikely: It is not called ' breaking the nose' , some times in cosmetic reconstruction ( plastic surgery ) excessive bone and cartilage tissue ,of nose , jaw , and other facial bones will be removed to get good cosmetic appearance . Even though you have to break in controlled way to give better appearance .
