A member asked:

Is enoxaparin less dangerous than coumadin (warfarin) in case of active gastric ulcer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: It is not less dangerous. Both are contraindicated if there is active bleeding. Both have the potential to cause life threatening bleeding in the presence of an active peptic ulcer.
